The quote is from the question that seemingly every one of my clients asks me about their case.
In Case No. 08-CF-005094, wherein Ragus is charges with three counts of lewd and lascivious battery, the next court date is November 17, 2008. Depositions are currently scheduled.
In Case No. 08-CF-007385, wherein she is charged with NINE counts of various inappropriate contact with a minor, the next court date is November 17, 2008. Interestingly, her attorney just entered a notice of appearance on September 15, 2008.
